Laila Al-Yousuf, joined the Pringle Brandon Perkins + Will team in early 2011. Raised in the U.A.E, but educated in the U.S., Laila brings a unique design insight into local customs and heritage along with the exceptional ability to blend this with international design. Her freshness and untamed spirit drives her to continually push boundaries, reveling in totally understanding a client and "getting into their heads".
Prior to joining Harrison as Design Director Middle East, Sharon has held roles as Associate Director at HBA, Head of Interior Design and Country Director with internationally recognized design practices. Sharon is currently listed on Interior design magazines top 50, for the fourth consecutive year.
Sharon has 18 years of international design experience having worked in Europe, Middle East and Asia. She has extensive experience on a variety of high-profile projects. Working with many of the world’s leading clients which spans over several sectors including hospitality, commercial, luxury residential, retail, lifestyle and leisure, mixed use, transport and Sport.
Aida believes design is a collaborative process where every team member makes a contribution facilitated by effective communication. As a Senior Designer, Aida leads the creative process by proactively engaging in all aspects of the design and ensuring the quality and consistency to express the values and standards carried out in all of DiLeonardo’s global offices. Prior to joining DiLeonardo, Aida was a Senior FF&E Designer at GAJ Architects and KCA International where she worked on several hospitality and commercial projects throughout the Middle East.
Reem is a lebanese Interior Architect and instructor of Interior Design at the American university of Dubai. She has practiced her profession since 2007 and worked on projects between Dubai and Lebanon.
Projects covered residential and commercial fields that she led and supervised from concept to execution in order to deliver results that translate the clients’ imagination and vision giving the practice the outmost attention to detail. Her design background is combined with her passion for arts and paintings; she uses different media in her paintings, like oil, watercolor, and ink...etc. Her artworks were published in art magazines and she has participated in several art exhibitions and art events naming recently the Fine Art Festival of Ras Al Khaimah.

Marie Laurent, is a French interior architect. She has spent more than 19 years in the U.A.E. and remains a board member of the Architecture and design program for the American University in Dubai. With several international awards for design and architecture, Marie Laurent Architecture design has been recognized for its minimalist and timeless approach. Marie Laurent has lately been shortlisted top architect and designers by Architectural Digest Middle east 2016.
Alika is a creative & solution driven interior designer. After graduating with a Bachelor of Interior Design in Cape Town, South Africa, Alika launched her career with a renowned Capetonian interior designer. In order to further her experience in the hospitality industry, 2013 saw a move to the Middle East – a giant in the field of hotel development. Within one year of the move, she was considered as a finalist in the 2014 CID awards for young designer of the year. This achievement is a result of continual passion and dedication to the interior design world.
Erin worked as Senior FF&E Designer with many internationally recognised companies such as Wilson Associates, GA Design and Di Leonardo both locally and in the UK.
Erin has 14 years vast experience working on high-end hospitality projects around the globe, from Corinthia London to The Palace Tokyo to St Regis Kuala Lumpur. She has worked with some of the world's leading clients and prides herself on creating good relations through her ability to listen and understand their vision. Being British and raised in the U.A.E and Singapore gives Erin an exceptional understanding of culture and first-hand experience to many design styles. Her passion lies on the FF&E side of the business and she has a good eye for quality workmanship and design, this is a result of her studying design technology at university and college where she spent most of her hours in workshops manufacturing pieces she had designed. Erin chooses products and colours that will enhance spaces to create an overall great experience, being conscious of logic and comfort whilst using her ability to 'think out of the box'.
